I use the term drift-tree despite the beach name driftwood. Most of the wood are actually trees and they are still quite large. This image showcases the scale of this particular tree as well as the unique shape of the limbs that remain. It almost looks like a sea monster of some sort. It is breathtakingly beautiful, even in real life, not just in the image.
